RUSTY MASON

GENERAL MANAGER / HEAD PGA PROFESSIONAL
Rusty Mason is the Club's General Manager as well as the Head PGA Professional. An Indiana native, Rusty joined Morris Park in January 2002. He served as the Head PGA Professional at Cambridge Golf Club in Evansville, Indiana from 1999-2001. Prior to that, Rusty spent seven years at Sultan's Run Golf Club in Jasper, Indiana, first as an Assistant Professional (1992-95), then as the Head PGA Professional (1995-97), and then took on additional duties of General Manager from 1997-99. He was an Associate Golf Professional at the famed Congressional Country Club in Bethesda, Maryland from 1991-92.

Rusty turned professional in 1990 shortly after he married his wife Susan, and they have two children; son Austin (16), and daughter Gabrielle (10).  He played golf one year at the University of Maryland under former Coach and now PGA Tour/Champions Tour Player Fred Funk before transferring to play golf at Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Telecommunications.

JIM LOUPEE

Jim Loupee kicks off the 2010 season entering his 25th year as the Golf Course Superintendent.  A native of Cassopolis, Michigan, Jim works his magic in keeping the grounds and golf course in championship condition year-in and year-out.  He began his professional career working at South Bend Country Club from 1979-1981.  He packed his bags for the south side of Chicago shortly thereafter were he was hired as the 1st Assistant Superintendent at the famed Olympia Fields Country Club from 1982-1986.  Olympia Fields played host to the 2003 Men's U.S. Open where Jim Furyk won.

Jim earned a degree in Turfgrass Management from Michigan State University and enjoys watching his beloved Spartans in basketball and football.  A fine golfer in his own rite, Jim maintains a low single digit handicap.  He and his wife Kelly have two great kids, MacKenzie (18) and Kyle (16), and reside in Granger, Indiana.

MATT KRALLMAN

Matt Krallman is the 1st Assistant Professional on the Morris Park Golf Staff .  Matt joined the Morris Park Golf Staff in 2008 as the Seasonal Assistant Professional and moved up to his current position in 2009.

Prior to landing at Morris Park, Matt was the Assistant Golf Professional for the Golf Channel's "BIG BREAK VI" Winner Denny Hepler at Raccoon Run Golf Course in Warsaw, Indiana, from 2004-2007.  Matt directed the Racoon Run Junior Golf Program and coached the Warsaw Middle School Golf team while at Raccoon Run.

Matt has a Bachelor's of Science degree in Physical Education from Grace College in Winona Lake, Indiana. His wife Jessica is a native of Mishawaka.  Matt and Jessica welcomed their first child...baby boy Jordan Michael into the world in December 2009.

MATT SCHROCK

Matt Schrock returns in late March 2010 as the 2nd Assistant Professional.  Matt 27, joined the Professional Staff in April of 2009.  Matt is an Elkhart native with a business administration degree from Taylor University (’05) in Upland, Indiana.  He comes to Morris Park as an entry level assistant eager to learn the business with a goal of a lifelong career in the golf industry.

Before arriving at Morris Park, Matt was working part-time at DJ Construction in the pre-construction department while also recruiting short-term mission trips for SCORE International.  His most recent golf experience was with Maccurrach Golf Construction in 2005 where he worked as an intern at the TPC at Sawgrass in Jacksonville, Florida.  Matt received his first taste of the country club business as a Player Assistant during his high school summers from 1998-2001 at Maplecrest Country Club in Goshen, Indiana.

BOB BROUGH

Bob, better known to the membership as the Tee Master, has been linked to Morris Park for many years.  His first stint with the Club was as a Member from 1973-85.  He returned years later in 2000 to work for PGA Professional Dick Walker in the golf operation.  He then spent a couple years working for Golf Course Superintendent Jim Loupee helping care for the golf course.  Bob joined forces with Rusty and his staff in 2003 where he is integral part of the day to day golf operation.

Bob spent his professional career working for several top-notch companies throughout the midwest.  From 1965-1971 he started as a staff accountant and was promoted to manager for Arthur Andersen & Co.  His next stop was from 1971-1991 working for the Beck Corporation in Elkhart, Indiana.  He climbed the company ladder there from treasurer, to VP of Finance, to Executive Vice-President and eventually President in 1985.  Bob consulted as a CFO for Gilmore Enterprises Corporation in Kalamazoo, Michgan from 1992-93 where he helped downsize and restructure the company.  He then moved to Bloomington, Indiana from 1994-99 where he bought into 50% of the Dynamic Plastic Corporation and presided as the President and CEO.

Bob is a graduate of the Indiana University in Bloomington where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in the School of Business as a Certified Public Accountant.
