![]() Sarah Stanchin joined the Morris Park Staff as the Certified Tennis Professional in 2008. Sarah was the Junior Tennis Director at Knollwood Country Club from 1999-2007 and a Tennis Professional at the South Bend Racquet Club during the winters from 1999-2007. Prior to that, she was a Tennis Professional at Leeper Park in South Bend from 1988-1999, and the Assistant Director of Tennis there in 1998-1999.
She is currently the Head Tennis Coach for both the boys (since 2007) and girls teams at Marian High School (since 2006), where she was awarded the Northern Indiana Conference Boys Tennis Coach of the Year in 2007. Her other qualifications and accolades include an Adult USTA Rating of 5.0, a Prince High School All-American (1991), she was undefeated in 4 years of Northern Indiana Conference play and had a 93-4 career record at LaSalle High School. Sarah attended Western Michigan on a full athletic scholarship from 1991-1992 and finished her career and education at Bethel College.
Sarah has been a great addition to the Morris Park Staff and is excited to get the summer programs up and running again for 2010! |
