Member Dues and Fees

Initiation Fees: Once elected, the new member will have thirty (30) days from the date of the notice of acceptance to make payment of any applicable initiation fees or membership dues to the Club. The failure to make such payment shall render his/her election null and void. Regular, Intermediate, Junior and Non-Resident Membership initiation fees include a refundable stock purchase of $100.00. Otherwise, all initiation fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Junior and Intermediate Members, upon reaching the age of thirty-six (36), will have the opportunity to convert their membership to Regular Membership status. Upon conversion, they will be required to pay the difference between the Regular Membership initiation fee (at time of initial application) and the initiation fee they paid to join as a Junior or Intermediate Member; however a credit of $25.00 will be applied against this difference for each month they are a Junior or Intermediate member. Additional Fees:
Mandatory for Golf Members Annual Golf Fee - $275.00 (Automatically billed out in April each year. Includes storage and service for up to two (2) golf bags in bag storage and unlimited practice range use for member, family, and guests) Handicaps - $ 35.00 (Automatically billed out in February each year. In order to participate in Club tournaments, Members and their spouse/significant other must carry a handicap, which is maintained by the Golf Shop Staff) Optional for Golf Members Private Cart Storage Shed Fee - $750.00 (Billed out each year in three installments from January through March. Cart is stored on Morris Park property in supplied cart storage facility - if space is available) Private Cart Trail Fee - $500.00 (Billed out each year in three installments from January through March. Cart is stored off of Morris Park property) Men's Golf Association (MGA) - $ 75.00 (Automatically billed out in March of each year. The program consists of a season opening dinner with entertainment, twenty weekly stroke play tournaments in which participants can accumulate participation points and Golf Shop credit while vying to finish in the "Top-10" point leaders, and a season ending banquet. Must notify Golf Shop by April 10th to back out) Hole-in-One Club - $ 25.00 (Automatically billed out in October of each year. This provides insurance against the cost of a member having to buy drinks when he/she makes a hole-in-one. Locker Fees - $ 60.00 (men), $ 30.00 (women) (Billed out in February of each year) Shoe Shine Service - $125.00 (Unlimited shines for the year; billed out annually. Shines are $2.00 per pair if not on the yearly service.) Cart Fees (non-private cart owners) - $8.25 + tax (9-holes), $16.50 + tax (18-holes) |
